You are always growing, always learning and always transforming.
I like to take advantage of this fact and help you to transform into a positive direction.
These Mind Transformation Tools are powerful. And believe me, I know, I found them through necessity.
My Journey
Through my own journey of struggles with chronic illness, with depression and not being able to get out of bed for days in a row, I needed to find some solutions. I looked far and wide.
I also came to find that my friends and family had many problems. Illnesses, mental health issues, addictions. Some took their own life, some were taken by drugs. Some just struggled to get out bed in the morning.
I needed to find whatever I could to resolve these problems.
I found and tried as many things as I could, plant medicine, psychotherapy, yoga, new-age stuff, reiki, diets, affirmations, hypnosis, NLP, supplements, pharmaceuticals, fasting, a vision quest, countless meditation retreats, buddhism, shamanism, multiple exercise modalities.
Some worked better than others. This work is the culmination of all the things that actually work for me and my clients.
Hypnotherapy is the foundation of what I share. It's the interface. But there's so much more than that. Come and find out.
I have seen all kinds of amazing things that still surprise me to this day:
-
panic attacks resolve quickly,
-
addictions go away,
-
phobias dissolve,
-
regained self-esteem,
-
insomnia resolved,
-
life-long trauma ended,
-
even a skin condition healed.
....And that's just a few of things I could mention...
Hypnosis works by contacting the subconscious and superconscious minds. When I speak to your subconscious mind you can change habits quickly.
Most of our issues arise from negative habits. And our habits can be emotional, physical, mental or even spiritual. And habits can be changed.
We can change your habits. You can overcome physical problems. You can overcome emotional problems. I can even help you tap into your deeper mind and gain insight and wisdom into your life if that's what you're looking for.

Hypnotherapy FAQ
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes hypnosis to induce a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility in individuals. This relaxed state allows for exploration of deep-seated thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, facilitating positive changes.
What happens during a hypnotherapy session?
A: In a typical session, a trained hypnotherapist guides you into a state of deep relaxation. While in this state, they may use verbal cues and suggestions to address specific issues, explore thought patterns, and promote positive changes in behavior or mindset.
Can I be hypnotized against my will?
No, hypnosis is a voluntary state, and individuals cannot be hypnotized against their will. You are always in control during hypnotherapy, and the therapist serves as a guide to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes, when conducted by a trained and qualified hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy is considered safe. It is a non-invasive and natural therapeutic approach. However, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain mental health conditions or those who are unwilling to participate.
How many sessions are typically needed?
The number of sessions varies depending on individual needs and the nature of the issue being addressed. Some individuals may experience positive changes after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing sessions for more complex issues.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No, you remain in control during hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and the therapist's role is to assist and guide you. You can choose to end the session or reject any suggestion that does not align with your values.
Will I be out cold like in the movies?
No, you will be in a deeply relaxed and calm state of mind but you'll be present. I'll likely ask you questions and there will be a conversational component to the process, unless you prefer to not speak, which is also fine!
Can anyone be hypnotized?
If you've ever daydreamed or been fully absorbed by something you can be hypnotized. In fact you probably have been, and just didn't realize. Factors such as willingness, trust in the therapist, and the ability to relax can influence the effectiveness of hypnosis.
Is hypnotherapy covered by insurance?
Insurance coverage for hypnotherapy varies, and it is advisable to check with your insurance provider. Some policies may cover hypnotherapy when deemed medically necessary, while others may not include it in their coverage.
